Greenhouse System
Outside and inside shading system

Ventilation System
Top ventilation: All the middle spans have two electric roll up
motors and both of side spans have one electric roll upmotor
Side ventilation: Both side have two electric roll up motors. Each
motor is 60w with climber and cable film fixed parts, rolling up
60m plasticfilm.
Cooling Fan
Introduction: The pads and fans are used together to realize the
functions of cooling and ventilation.
Size: Exhaust Hammer Fans in 1380*1380*400 mm with wind volume
44000 m3/h.
Cooling Pad
Introduction: The pads and fans are used together to realize the
functions of cooling and ventilation.
Size: Aluminum frame, height is 1.5 m with thickness 150mm.
Irrigation system
The greenhouse irrigation system includes drip irrigation system
and drip irrigation system. Its working principle is to extract
irrigation water from the source, pressurize, purify and filter it,
and then send it to the field irrigation facilities through the
water delivery pipeline.Finally, the irrigation emitter releases
irrigation water into the field plants in the greenhouse.
Hydroponic System
1. The soilless system is used coconut coir as substrate.
There is nutrient solution supply machine, which can control the EC
value and PH value automatically. Inside installs hanging pipe and
hanging line.
2. Substrade: coconut coir
The parameter of coconut coir: biological and environmental, plenty
of organic nutrients, retaining water and ventilating.PH value:
5.5-6.5 EC value≤600μs/cm
3. PVC planting trough
The planting trough is made of PVC pipe, thickness 3-4mm, the top
width 180mm, bottom width 120mm and height 160mm.
The planting trough can be put on shelves, and also can be put on
the ground or under ground. The PVC trough has many
sizes,customized by you.
4.Planting Arrangement
Install 8-9 rows in the greenhouse with 12m span, evenly
distributed; install 5-6 rows in the greenhouse with 8m span ,
evenly distributed.One side is a little high, and the other side is
a little low for drainage of the wast nutrient solution. Install
track between the two rowa for daily management and picking.

The normal package is tube nude cargo , accessories is carton
package . We will pack it according to customers special request.

(1) Way : Sea or land transport
(2) Time : According to the current production line and the
greenhouse area arrangement ,the normal 800-2000sqm . Production
time is about 30 working days
